Commercial HVAC Cleaning for Industrial Cooling and Refrigeration Systems
A business based on solutions, not sales.
Northeast Coil cleans the cooling towers, chillers, condensers and coils that commercial and industrial facilities run on. We do it with a water-only process, on your schedule, and we document every piece of equipment we touch.
When a cooling system runs dirty, the cost shows up everywhere except the maintenance line.
Compressors work harder to move the same heat. Energy consumption climbs. Equipment that should have lasted fifteen years starts failing at nine, and it usually fails in July. The U.S. Department of Energy has put the figure at up to 30 percent higher compressor energy consumption from a dirty condenser coil alone.
None of that is dramatic enough to trigger a work order. It just quietly costs money until something breaks.
Northeast Coil exists to keep that from happening. We are not an HVAC contractor and we do not sell equipment. Industrial HVAC cleaning is the only thing we do, which is why we are better at it than companies that do it between other jobs.

WHAT WE CLEAN
Specialized Cleaning for Critical Systems
Cooling Tower Cleaning
Full mechanical cooling tower cleaning and disinfection of basins, fill, distribution and drift eliminators, with written certification of the work performed.
Chiller Tube Cleaning
Mechanical chiller tube cleaning that clears the scale, biofilm and fouling quietly costing you tonnage.
Condenser Coil Cleaning
Condenser coil cleaning for air-cooled condensers and rooftop units using moderate pressure and high flow. Water only.
Evaporator Coil and AHU Cleaning
Commercial evaporator coil cleaning that restores airflow and heat transfer without pulling the coil or dosing your building with chemicals.
Walk-In Cooler and Refrigerated Warehouse Cleaning
Coil cleaning for cold storage, distribution centers and back-of-house evaporators.
Refrigerated Display Case Cleaning
Deep cleaning of open-air cases, coolers and display refrigeration in grocery and retail.
Cooling Tower Fill Replacement
When fill is fouled past the point of cleaning, we remove and replace it.
Preventive Maintenance Programs
Commercial HVAC preventive maintenance on a schedule, so the work happens before the problem does.
Energy Savings
Clean equipment uses less electricity. A fouled condenser pulls more compressor energy, and scaled chiller tubes cost you tonnage. In both cases the fix is mechanical, not capital, and the payback is usually measured in months. Many utility programs help fund this work as part of commercial energy efficiency upgrades, and nearly all of them require documented proof the cleaning happened.
Documentation That Holds Up
Anyone can clean a coil. Far fewer can prove it. Every piece of equipment we service is documented: what was cleaned, the condition it was in, and what needs attention before it becomes an emergency. Clients access those reports through our cloud storage system and use them for risk management programs, outside auditors, rebate submissions and cooling tower compliance records.
Safety
Safety comes first, on every site, without exception. Our technicians are equipped and trained for rooftops, confined spaces, energized equipment and active production floors. We comply with OSHA requirements and we work to your site rules, not around them.
Who We Work With
There is no facility type we cannot service. Anywhere there are large industrial cooling systems, there is work we can do.
