Northeast Coil is a commercial HVAC cleaning company working on refrigeration, air conditioning and heating systems. That is the whole business, and it is deliberate.

We built a strong client base by addressing what refrigeration and air conditioning systems actually need, with attention to detail, work ethic, punctuality and professionalism. Those are unglamorous things to build a company on. They are also the four things clients bring up first when they explain why they are still with us.

We are not looking for a transaction. We work to build a relationship with every client, maximize the return on what they spend with us, and leave them with the cleanest, most efficient system possible. That is the actual measure of whether we did the job.

The tagline is not decoration. We are not going to sell you a service you do not need or a cleaning interval more aggressive than your equipment warrants. If your fill can be cleaned rather than replaced, we will tell you. If your coils are fine, we will tell you that too. Recommending unnecessary work is a short-term win and a long-term loss, and we would rather keep you for a decade.

The water-only process

Most coil cleaning depends on chemicals. Ours does not. Moderate pressure and high flow removes contamination from the full depth of the coil without introducing anything into equipment your people work around, which is also what lets us work in food processing, pharmaceutical and healthcare facilities where chemical cleaning is restricted.

Documentation on every job

Every piece of equipment we touch is documented, and the reports are delivered through our cloud storage system. Clients use them for internal risk management programs, outside audits, water management program files and utility rebate submissions.

Crew size and equipment

We have the equipment and the manpower to get the job done right, every time, and to finish inside the window we committed to. That matters more than it sounds like it should, because the reason facilities defer this work is almost always that they cannot afford the downtime.

Our technicians are equipped and trained for rooftops, confined spaces, energized equipment and active production floors. We meet OSHA requirements and we follow your site rules rather than working around them.
