Northeast Coil hires technicians to clean and maintain commercial and industrial cooling, heating and refrigeration systems. The work takes you into hospitals, manufacturing plants, food processing facilities, grocery stores and data centers, on rooftops and in confined spaces, often on schedules built around a customer who cannot shut down during business hours.
It is real work and it is not always comfortable. It is also skilled, it pays accordingly, and the people who are good at it stay.
- A serious approach to safety, every day, without being reminded
- Showing up on time and finishing what you started
- Attention to detail, because a coil that looks clean and is not is a failed job
- Professionalism on customer sites, since you are representing the company in their building
- Willingness to travel, since the work goes where the facilities are
- Mechanical aptitude. HVAC or refrigeration experience helps but is not required.
